This wonderful 3 bedrm /2bath cottage is located 3 miles North of downtown Flagstaff. Another 4 miles will take you to the turn off to the Arizona Snow Bowl..
Here is a place from which you can hike, bik or just enjoy the views of the San Francisco Peaks. The large,fenced and landscaped back yard is complete with  lawn furniture and a gas barbecue grill for your enjoyment.There is even a swing set for the kids to play on!

There is an attached 2 car garage that is so convenient for you.

From this cottage you have direct access to highway180 to the Grand Canyon! No worries with city traffic

The kitchen is completely equipped with everything you need to prepare a full meal, or a snack. We provide breakfast foods for you to enjoy at your leisure.

The master bedroom has a king size sleigh bed.  A bright reddish orange patterned duvet with a down comforter and many pillows is perfect for snuggling. From the large window, the view of the San Francisco Peaks is spectacular!!

The second bedroom has a queen bed that is embellished with a comforter of rust, tan, and aqua blue stripes. The down comforter adds to your warmth on a snowy morning.

The third bedroom has a bunk bed. This room is great for children or teens.

The eat in kitchen has french doors that open onto the patio and back yard..In the summer you will enjoy cooking outside on the gas grill and sitting on the patio.
710 W Birch - A comfortable and relaxing room The living room is warm and inviting in all seasons with an over stuffed sofa and a large arm chair.You will enjoy playing board games, watching the cable TV/DVD, or planning your next adventure such as hiking, biking or skiing.

Riordan Mansion State Park -  near Northern Arizona University, this is an excellent example of the Arts & Crafts Movement in architecture that housed the Riordan families, some of Flagstaff's founding fathers. RiordanMansion
